When we went out West this past summer one of our stops was Las Vegas where my husband's cousin Diane lives. After one of our day-trip outings Diane introduced to us the wonderful world of fish tacos! Her husband Greg had some Alaskan halibut (that he caught while in Alaska!) which he grilled to perfection. The most fun thing was getting a "lesson" from Diane as to how to construct our tacos with all the sauces and fixins! Fortunately I videoed the presentation 😁. That night with Greg, Diane, and their daughter Natalie was arguably the most fun event we experienced in Vegas! Diane's tacos are garnished with what she calls " B sauce " 😜, cabbage, avocado, mango salsa, pico, cilantro, and lime. When we got home and I wanted to try my hand at it, I had to figure out what to substitute the halibut with.
